Support

Start with the part that is not working.

Installation and restoration are handled by RhinoUI Manager. Payment, receipts, and purchased downloads remain with Gumroad. Icon Editor has separate GitHub documentation for authoring workflows.

Installing a purchased RhinoUI package

Download the complete ZIP from Gumroad, extract it, close Rhino, and run RhinoUIManager.exe. For normal launches choose Default, review the detected changes, then apply.

Do not move only the EXE. Keep the Theme, Help, DLL, and configuration files together in the extracted folder. The current release requires Windows 10/11 x64, Rhino 8, and the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime x64.

Undoing or restoring an installation

Close Rhino before recovery. Use Undo last apply for the most recent Manager change, or Restore pre-install state to return to the baseline created before RhinoUI was first installed. Keep independent Rhino settings backups when the workspace contains important customizations.

Icons changed after a Rhino update

Confirm that you opened the same Rhino environment, then run Manager again with Rhino closed. Review its analysis and reapply only the missing icon or theme categories.

Download, receipt, or payment questions

Open the receipt Gumroad sent after purchase. It contains your download link and purchase details. You can also sign into Gumroad’s purchase library or contact the creator through the product page using the purchasing account. Rhino3dm.com does not process card or PayPal information.

Rhino Icon Editor help

Icon Editor is a separate free authoring tool. Extract its complete GitHub ZIP, keep Data, Help, runtimes, and DLL files together, close Rhino while saving to a live Scheme, and use the built-in Help for editing details.

What to include when asking for help

Do not post purchased theme files, license information, receipts, or complete private settings archives publicly.
